Privacy, location and photograph notice

What we collect

  • Customers: name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address and — only if you allow it — your device location. Location is used once to find the nearest dealer with your items and is stored with the order so the dealer can deliver.
  • Dealers: contact details, a passport-style photograph, a photograph of the shop nameboard, and the shop's GPS position.
  • Distributors: business and contact details, an optional photograph and business document.

How location works

Your browser asks for permission before sharing your location, and only over a secure (https) connection. You can say no: you can then search your address or tap the map, or simply enter your PIN code. Distances shown are straight-line estimates, not road distances or travel times.

Who can see what

  • Dealer passport photographs and business documents are visible only to administrators, the dealer and their distributor.
  • Shop nameboard photographs and shop locations may be shown to customers once a dealer is approved.
  • The dealer handling your order sees the details needed to fulfil it. Distributors see order summaries for their dealers but not your mobile number or address.

Verification

Administrators review dealer photographs and locations before a dealer can receive orders. A GPS reading or photograph on its own is not treated as proof of identity or business ownership.

Retention and deletion

Order records are kept for accounting. To correct or delete your personal data, contact the administrator; data no longer needed is removed according to the retention period configured by the business.
